Judy Knight, a senior manager at CSG’s Omaha facility, has worked with Miller for 25 years — 12 of those with CSG. The Omaha production facility operates 24 hours a day, constantly printing, sorting and readying bills for shipment.

“Being able to have a company like Miller Electric available that I can call any time of the day or night is huge,” said Knight. “…whether I call them at 2:00 a.m. or at 8:00 a.m., they’re there for us.” On a recent project, CSG needed to keep its printers running in a temporary location while modifications were made to its print floor. Miller installed temporary wiring, working with other contractors onsite to keep everything running smoothly. Any delays might have caused CSG to miss its SLAs. The project was completed without a pause in printing. That project is just one example out of literally hundreds of similar situations Miller has helped CSG through over the years.
